Sleeping in Light episode was made to break the strongest of hearts, you felt the sorrow and pain of each character in that episode and gave you the time to appreciate their loss. You grew with the characters throughout the seasons, and learned to love them with flaws and all. I think the re-imagined BSG: Daybreak comes close, but it lacks the elegant simplicity and emotive symbology of SiL. There was a tribute over a decade ago that showed scenes of SiL to Christopher Beck's Close Your Eyes, which wonderfully captures the essence of that episode.
