The two main characters of Supernatural literally encounter a fan convention of their own storyline, where everyone is cosplaying as them and openly sharing fan comments like "With the amount of times their weapons get knocked from their hands, you'd think they'd put them on bungee cords". Stargate SG-1 has an in universe version of the show due to an alien settler on earth stealing their adventures for the premise of a TV show and they have an entire episode dedicated to workshopping show ideas where you see Stargate done in various settings which pay homage to other sci-fi's. The Last Airbender has an episode called "The Ember Island Players" where the main cast see their adventures portrayed by over the top theater kids. There are a lot of examples of shows skirting/breaking the fourth wall and poking fun at themselves. :)
