The Tokyo Dome version of this song is just breathtaking. Considering myself a strong metal fan, I heard about Doki Doki Morning for the first time in 2013, I thought "OK, this is...interesting, but it's like a joke to me". And after the Gimme Chocolate video, IDZ at Sonisphere, and Akatsuki at Budokan, I was like "This is not even funny, this is an awesome vocalist and a killer band behind her, so why can't I be a fan?" Then I'm down to the rabbit hole and love Babymetal forever. I learn to appreciate Moa and Yui, I love them really, but I'm still a strong Su's supporter from the beginning. Seriously Su is so good and she is getting better each show. I noticed that sometimes in the most terrible fan-cams where Kami Band sounds like a mess, Su's voice is still clear and it stands out. She has perfect pitch, steady tone and a beautiful timbre with a little bit of natural strain and without vibrato nonsense.

Thanks for reacting to the song that made me a Babymetal fan. Akatsuki itself is a Babymetal's tribute song to one of the best Japanese Heavy metal bands and the Godfathers of Japanese rock music - X-JAPAN (you should react to song of their performances, seriously). That duet between the 2 guitarists (in this video they are Leda Cygnus (Black Arrow guitar) and Takayoshi Ohmura (his Pink guitar and himself have been 2 of the iconic images of Babymetal for years)) is my favorite solo section of Babymetal's Kami band, followed by Ijime Dame Zettai and Tales of the Destinies. There's another version of Akatsuki called Unfinished with just Su's beautiful vocal and piano playback. React to other Su's solo songs, Amore live at Wembley Arena and No Rain No Rainbow, please. :D

oh if u liked the beginning with the piano, there's actually a version of Akatsuki with just the piano accompaniment from Legend 97 concert.. It's a fan favourite for alot of people.. Hope someone links it here cuzz whenever I link a youtube video, my comment gets flagged. I dunno why :/
