It was my intention to release 2 or 3 BABYMETAL and Electric Callboy videos ahead of the release of their collaboration on the 25th. However, The collaboration release date has been moved up to the 23rd - which means it could be released any moment now. I will react to it ASAP after the premiere.

Nice one, thanks! Budokan Black Night is still one of my favorite live performances. A fun fact about that stage entrance for the encore is that they did it exactly the same way as in the official music video. All the dancers execute choreography by counting the beats. Except for Su-metal who, according to Mikiko-san, is "crazy". 🤣 Yes, seeing them in a big arena in Japan is quite an experience. 😁 Here is the part of the interview with Mikiko Mizuno (Hedoban Magazine, Vol. 1) where she talks about the three of them: Interviewer: What were your impressions when you first saw the three girls of BABYMETAL? Mikiko: Yui had been a very good dancer since childhood. Her dance is rich in expressions. Moa is a quintessential idol… an actress who knows how to show the best of herself and the beauty of her facial expressions. These two girls are about the same heights, but their approaches of how to go about showing the best of themselves are different. They look like twins, but their personalities are different. That’s nice, I thought! About Su-metal, well, what else can I say, she is crazy lol Interviewer: Crazy? lol Mikiko: As soon as music is on, she would start dancing at 120% capacity with 120% focus. She’s got this innate intuition. I’ve never seen such a person. She doesn’t dance like ordinary Japanese dancers, and I’m saying it in a good sense. Interviewer: She doesn’t dance like ordinary Japanese dancers? Mikiko: No, she doesn’t lol She would be a great performer in the future, surely I thought. She’s got her intuition to learn choreography. She doesn’t memorize choreography by counting the beat. Instead, she memorizes choreography by hearing the music. In general, people learn choreography by counting rhythms but she doesn’t. She’s got this groove in her body, like nothing I’ve seen before. And this groove comes from her intuition. Until next time! 🤘 🦊

⚡ 💀 💕 / 💓 ⏰ A classic classic. Moa was known to jump the gun on occasion in the early days. Of course she's become a total pro over the years. They've done arena shows outside of Japan (Wembley Arena and LA Forum), but I agree, the Japanese Arena shows are epic. They brought this song back for the LEGEND MM concerts in Yokohama. It was great to see it again.

Babymetal: a genius idea disrupting the negative forces within modern metal, and even pop music. The rigorous work involved in their dance work is equal or surpassing the musical instrumentation in terms of show by show stress and exertion. I think those who dismiss them don't take this into account. That, and they just don't know how to enjoy life! I saw them in Louisville last year, but I too hope to get the full and true Babymetal experience that I don't think will ever be experienced outside Japan. If only I could time travel back to the Legend 1997 show.... among many others!

_Rin rin rin_ 🦊🤘⏰ Who would have thought thousands of long hair metalheads will be headbanging and singing "what time is it?' lol

Great analysis 😊lots of reactors say they love the music but don't need the dancing, missing the whole point. So great to hear you're take on the importance of the visual aspect of Babymetal

Lol. The EC/BM dropped 3 days ago..And the reason they all start the head banging at the same time is because all 3 girls are on the same click track in their IEM's. They literally get a countdown as to when to start. There's a video on KZbin that lets you hear Su:s click track during Rondo. This is not taking away from the amazing dancing abilities. Moa and Yui and Momo are perfectly synced all the time. Extremely talented ladies.
