Great reaction.🦊🤘 'Karate' was the lead single for their second album (2016). It is about fighting adversity, when life knocks you down and everything seems too hard so you're hurt and crying, its about standing up and fighting on, helping each other through the hard times. They used karate to illustrate this because as a Japanese martial art it reflects their culture - as with a lot of their songs it is also about always moving forwards. They did watch a lot of martial arts movies to get ideas for the choreo as they wanted it to look as authentic as possible (but they are not martial artists).

@ I did see them on their US tour, and it was amazing! I was at the DC show, and the audience was definitely vibing. We had a decent sized wall of death for Road of Resistance, and I was in a baby pit earlier in the show 🤣. Not really any surprises, but they played Ratatata as expected (albeit w/o Electric Callboy). Great energy, performances, and a lot of fun! 🤘🦊

Nice reaction, thanks! This is from Legend-43 (pronounced Legend shīsā), their 2023-2024 tour finale in Okinawa. "43" is a play on words with "shisa" (shi = 4; san = 3), those statues representing a cross between a lion and a dog, from Okinawan mythology. Just got my Blu-Ray... and watched it. Not a big fan of the editing (too many fast camera changes) but we got to see really cool shots of the Kami Band and the audience. Also the audio is incredible. 🤘🦊

Moa 🤣or "Monochrome" because of the editing (no spoilers) or "BxMxC" because I used to be skeptical about the studio version and they kill it live... or the special version of "METALI!" featuring Eisa drummers (Okinawan drummers/dancers)...
