Metalizm is a hot contender for being my favorite track of the new album - together with "Divine Attack" and "Mirror mirror". It's a fun and interesting song and I like the arabian flair of it a lot.

That's the beauty of Babymetal. My top three are Monochrome, Maya, and Believing. Seems like other bands everyone will agree on one or two worthwhile songs.

Arabian psytrance metal! 🕺💃🤘 You hear "metarizumuzumuzumu" repeated a lot in two sections of the song where in the official lyrics the lines are represented each time by a single "METALIZM." The katakana pronunciation of METALIZM is メタリズム/Metarizumu. Metarizumuzumuzumu = メタリズム/Metarizumu (metal rhythm) + ズムズム/zumuzumu (thrumming (e.g., with excitement)).

Welcome back to BabyMetal's metalverse 🦊🤘🌐 Like i said before, this is the type of songs and blend i was looking for, and this is another song that the girls love. I got some DVBBS & Borgeous - Tsunami along with Seven Lions- After Dark vibes the first time i heard the snippets of this, but i wasn't expecting that solo guitar, i was waiting for Takayoshi Ohmura shredding this live but instead we got one of the Western Kami Band performing this for the first time and it was awesome. The exotic middle eastern sound (maybe?) gives to this new track a sort of tale that relates directly to METAL KINGDOM and maybe Divine Attack - Shingeki too. Here's some official info: METALIZM (SMOKE) _An armored knight appears amid a smoky haze. The song features tribal rhythms interwoven with captivating melodies as if it narrates a fable-like story._ Queen SuMetal is narrating us a King's tale of the Metal Kingdom with this psytrance mixed with middle eastern, Egyptian, Arabian or whatever sound that looks so cool with the unique blend of BM. This was at BabyMetal Begins - The Other One - Clear Night live at PIA Arena MM, Yokohama, last April 2nd. So far fans at Leeds and Paris enjoyed this song live, yesterday they performed in Stockholm and surprised everyone once again with METAL KINGDOM and the dance choreo for the second time in this tour. Nice reaction, thanks! Over the time I learned to appreciate BABYMETAL's oddities, unique sound and mixture of genres. To the point that, even thought I tend to prefer more metal oriented songs like "Mirror Mirror" or "Believing", the "chaotic" elements in "METALIZM" made it one of my favorite tracks from the new album. Because using Phrygian dominant scale over a techno/trance base is just crazy and I love it. And keep in mind this is "just" a studio version. I can't wait for the live audio... and I believe I will experience it really soon. 😁

This one is battling for my favorite song on the album. Everything about it is cool and no matter what I am doing it makes me wanna dance. Dance in my desk chair. Dance in my car as I drive. It just has an addicting beat. I love Su's voice and cadence in it and of course Moa and Momoko look amazing doing their choreography. 🤘🦊🤘 The lighting in this also makes their costumes turn cold and looks amazing.

I was definitely like that. I won't skip Time Wave, I enjoy it while it's on, but I never feel compelled to pull it up. I find myself craving Metalizm. Not as often as others. More often than some tho. I hum it while doing chores. It's just a vibe. 🤘🦊🤘
