'Mirror Mirror" maybe more to your taste (there is an official and lyric video for that), and "Maya" is a punch to the gut, there is no official video but they did officially post the audio track on KZbin, also they have not blocked reactions to the songs on this particular album, which is nice. 🤘🦊🤘

Welcome back & Thanks from Japan 有難う💛。 Metalizm was played in the two-day shows on April 1/2 and I witnessed the both at the venue in Yokohama😍. This MV is from Day-2 when Momoko appeared as the 3rd official member, Momometal for the first time. Western (American) Kami Band did a great job in those shows. (This MV is live footage + studio sound, though) *************** In an interview [magazine PMC vol.27 page 42]: ◆ Su "This is the most chaotic song and classified as 'what the fuck" category in the new album. I can't explain it properly, but I would like you to listen to it as soon as possible. And I believe this song will turn into something amazing in live performance" ◆ Moa "Song itself is, of course, good, but I assume it will give you different image when you see the choreo with live sound. So I look forward to seeing how it turn out at the venue. I wonder how the audience will react to and get excited with this song? You think so, Su?" ◆ Su "Yeah! There have never been a song of this type." = Interviewer "Flavor of Middle East, isn't it?" ◆ Su "That's right. This will be a new drawer of BABYMETAL" *************** Moa is correct. Choreo on stage by Su, Moa and Momometal was mixture of seriousness, playfulness, comicalness, therefore amazingness on top of Su's fantastic vocals and intricate guitar phrases and hefty drumming by West Kamis. Great reaction, thanks and welcome back! You are right this is a folk-metal oriented song, nothing new for BABYMETAL but this type of mixtures is always interesting because they always show a great composing skills and total respect to other cultures. I'm not a big fan of EDM either (although I'm not unfamiliar with it) but I really enjoy this type of oddities that only BABYMETAL can put together. To the point this is one of my favorite tracks from the new album, THE OTHER ONE. This is "just" the studio track over the live visuals from their concert in Yokohama last April 2nd. And I can't wait to see this one performed live. I'd like to suggest you "Mirror Mirror" and "Believing". Unfortunately the last one hasn't a proper MV or live version. Great reaction - "METALIZMIZUMIZUMU" - great song - Middle Eastern/Egyptian/Arabian (or similar) trance metal at its best.🤘🦊🤘 It looks like you already have recommendations for the songs I would have suggested from the new album (but the whole album and all 10 tracks are great, so add the others songs not already mentioned - or you may want to wait until the ones that don't have music videos or, even better, live performance videos do have them). By the same token, any of their older songs from the first 3 albums that you don't already know - good live performances of any and all of those would make for good reactions too.🤘

Cool to see you're back with more BM songs, a lot of things happened since your last reaction, not only new album with a BM side we've never seen before, new songs and new live shows but also a new official member, i remember some of your reactions and all of them were with the original trio you never met the avengers (backup dancers) era after YuiMetal left the group in 2018, and Metal Galaxy album songs with already some mature songs. Anyway, Momoko Okazaki one of those avengers since 2019 and filling the third spot, now is an official member and was reborn as MomoMetal, we all proud of her.🍑❤️ Another important info is you never met the Western Kami Band, although this clip (and every one of the new singles) got studio album sound over live footage taken from the new shows. Western Kami Band is another new set of western musicians, most of them coming from Galactic Empire band except for the drummer Anthony Barone. They debuted in 2019 and have been part of the live tour since then while the Eastern Kami Band attended local live concerts. In this case you're watching a performance with the Western Kami Band in Japan, they were preparing for the Sabaton's Europe Tour started this month right after that show. Arabian psytrance metal! 🕺💃🤘 As a fan of both metal and electronic misic, I love this song. You hear "metarizumuzumuzumu" repeated a lot in two sections of the song where in the official lyrics the lines are represented each time by a single "METALIZM." The katakana pronunciation of METALIZM is メタリズム/Metarizumu. Metarizumuzumuzumu = メタリズム/Metarizumu (metal rhythm) + ズムズム/zumuzumu (thrumming (e.g., with excitement)).

BabyMetal just being BabyMetal by breaking genres and being awesomely different and unpredictable. I don’t really know what you have reacted to by BabyMetal so here are some suggestions below. There are so many great LIVE song/performances that I am sure you have not seen (over 50) and I have mentioned this before I am sure but you may wish to give high quality seamlessly edited compilation videos of BabyMetal LIVE performances (they use LIVE audio from one concert but the visuals come from multiple concerts. The algorithms do not generally recognize the multiple tracks and they are generally safe from copyright). If interested try compilations from the following excellent channels: Kurokiitsunesama ferr For The Fox God K.S. who? Also Karate LIVE at 2016 Download Festival in the UK where 60,000+ British metal heads sing along with the girls is generally safe because it is under different copyright status. Megitsune LIVE at Budokan 2021 Road of Resistance LIVE in Japan (need filter or slightly blurred visuals for your viewers but worth it) Headbanger LIVE at 1997 Legend Concert (also slightly blurred visual filter but worth it) or Kurnesama’s compilation (excellent) Tales of the Destinies LIVE (visual filter but worth it) Catch Me If You Can LIVE with Kami Band intro compilation no filter needed. Welcome back to Babymetal world! This new concept album definitely has an EDM-Techno vibe underlying in many of the songs! I love it since I'm a dance music enjoyer xD But tbf Babymetal always loved mixed things up! You did not react to that many Babymetal songs, so you wouldn't know, but if you want to hear them with this EDM vibe you can look at "Iine" official MV or "Uki Uki Midnight" live at Budokan 2014! They also did another song with Bollywood sound, "Shanti, Shanti, Shanti"! Since BM always mixes things up, there are fans that prefer the more "Metal" and heavier songs, and other people like me that like more the more Electronic sounding ones :D

I'm not normally into EDM type music at all, but it really works here. It's probably just because it's Babymetal, but the new album features quite a few things that I normally don't like, yet for some reason I like what they have done with those elements.
