Good one, thanks! "Mirror Mirror" is probably my favorite song from The Other ONE album. I absolutely enjoy the prog metal mixed with metalcore, the hardcore breakdown and that very, very BABYMETAL chorus. Also very fan of the pre-chorus (where they quote Shakespeare's MacBeth) and the modulation they do there. Oh... and it's even better live. 😁 This is what Su-metal said about "Mirror Mirror": "it talks about how other people can see you, but you can only see yourself in a mirror, and that may not be your true self - yet ultimately, you’re the only one that truly discerns what you really look like. So in the end, it’s like asking yourself who you really are." 🤘🦊

Good reaction. This is the first time Su-metal has channelled Snow White's step mother and Moametal has quoted Shakespeare's witches from MacBeth - it is not the first time BABYMETAL have strayed into Prog Metal, as they did with the opening instrumentals. The video was filmed at the PIA Arena Black and Clear Nights and if you look closely you might see that whenever it goes into split screen or uses mirror images they are taken from both nights (Black Night the costumes did not have the reflective iridescent layer they were wearing on Clear Night - and Black Night Momometal did not have her mic yet, Clear Night was her first as an official member and finally with her own headset mic). The visuals on the big screens behind them were from the official lyric video they released before the concerts as well and those visuals also beautifully help to illustrate the meaning of the song. Have you got your tickets to see them at the O2 on 30th May next year? They are on sale now, get them while they're hot! They are bringing their full arena shows for a tour of Europe and the O2 concert is the tour finale ... I suspect it may be spectacular, don't miss out!

Well their older step into prog Metal was the legendary Tales of Destiny. But I have some doubts if they will put Mirrors, Mirrors into the setlist for their Arena Shows in Europe and the UK. It will be interesting how rhey pull it off. They have sometimes only Single days between their concerts.

This version of Arkarda is definitely one of my top favorite. The pure joy and "love" for each other in final two minutes is Babymetal's strength. Seems Moametal learned from Su-metal's pranking her with the mic, grapping mic so Su-metal can't pull away.

Best Babymetal song? For me it's Headbanger by a nose in a very crowded field. Legend 1997, Moabanger, Momobanger and Yuibanger are my favourite versions. But there are so many excellent songs, if they ever made a 'Best of' compilation it would have to be a double album minimum.

Don't bite your fingernails, I had coworkers do that and they had the most crap fingernails. It is some nervous tic so try to break that. I have/had a nervous tic where if I had a bump on my arm, I would scrape at it until it blead, I mostly stopped it by being aware of it. Those nervous tics suck, I just saw you do that, be aware and try to stop it. This is a BabyMetal fan service, you were really bad this video so it might be from extra life stress.
