Some of the English you heard - that soft section: "Wherever we are we'll be with you. We'll never forget shining starlight. Wherever you are live in my heart. We'll never forget shooting star. Wherever you are we'll be with you. We'll never forget shining starlight. Wherever you are live in my heart. We'll never forget shining star." All three songs are great, but 'Shine' is definitely my favourite song of the trilogy ... you really need to see the Legend M performance, the compilation you watched for that wasn't bad, but compilations never match up to a full live performance.

Like a lot of fans, the lyrics to 'Starlight' sound to me like a tribute to Kami Band guitarist Mikio Fujioka. He loved stargazing and was fascinated by weather phenomena. Since 'Starlight' is a song about loss, it's not too surprising that Su has said that she thinks about Yui when she sings this one.

Starlight 😭😍 Starlight made me cry most of the times until I heard Shine which is still making me cry whenever I listen to it. Out of the Trilogy, Shine is my top favourite. Not only that, Shine and Akatsuki shares the top spot on my favourites list of all BABYMETAL songs. Starlight is present in my top 5 😍 Infact, I love each and every song of them ❤️ BABYMETAL ❤️🦊🤘

I really like 'Starlight' too. If you listen to the official audio of this you can hear su's voice is very powerful but has this sad feeling to her tone.

Nice you finished the unofficial trilogy of light, just remember this is only a beautiful way by fans to remember two dearest former members, is not something officialy stated by the BM team except for what SuMetal said about thinking in Yui when playing this song. Nice reaction, thanks! "Arkadia" was the one that catched my eye (or my ear) at first, before knowing all the "trilogy" meaning. Mostly because I'm a great power metal fan and the song is freaking insane. But then, listening the three of them like a whole thing and knowing its meaning gave me a different view. This one, "Starlight" is just heartrending. Su's vocals sound almost like overwhelming cries of grief. "Shine" is still a very emotional one... and one of Su's better vocal performances in my opinion. Finally, "Arkadia" breaks through all the negativeness and grief to a better future, the promised land.
