Great reaction - and you were right, the Kami Band intro is not included on the album recording for 'Yava'. This was the Kami Band of the West's intro. At the Big Fox Festival in 2017 the Kami Band of the East played their intro for this song - of course the two intros are different as the individual musicians play their own compositions for them ... and they are all brilliant musicians. What they do have in common is that both intros lead into the song perfectly.

Awesome! Babymetal is so powerful, they even converted Darth Vader over to the Kawaii side! 😂 That’s Chris Kelly (pink guitar). His previous band was “Galactic Empire”, a Star Wars themed metal band, and he was Darth Vader. 🤘🦊

Yava! is Babymetal's (very successful) attempt to blend ska with metal and it absolutely slaps. The guitarist with the sparkly purple Kiesel guitar is Chris Kelly, and the guitarist with the purple/brown Schecter guitar is CJ Masciantonio, the bass player is Clint Tustin, and the drummer is Anthony Barone. They have been regular members of the Kami Band since 2019. Yava! is my favourite Babymetal song, so I was beside myself when it started at Legend MM. I'd been waiting years to see it live in person because they don't perform it live very often, so it was a very special occasion and it absolutely lived up to my sky high expectations.

_"Pippo pappo pippo pappo piii"_ 🦊🤘🔥 Welcome back to the Foxhole. This is a song from Metal Resistance 2016 album and era when YuiMetal was still part of the group. YAVA! (actually Yabai!, It's a contraction) means like "oh no!" or when describing something dangerous or surprising, that's the facial expression you can see on the girls. They're fusing ska genre and metal in a way no one did before, the cuteness and charming of these girls are unmatchable. The Kami Band intro in this one is super fun, unfortunately they cut it off in the official live version, cool you found this at For The Fox God, he got some of the safest and latest proshot clips to react. Until 2017 the East Kami Band played the intro, they played the song a few more times but without the intro, now this is the first time West Kami Band is playing it along with the intro. Also after YuiMetal left the group, the avengers system were the backing dancers but only Riho Sayashi and Kano Fujihira were the ones selected to perform this song, and last March at Legend MM celebrating MomoMetal's 21 birthday in Yokohama Arena it was Momo-chan first time performing YAVA! "Chigau" in the lyrics is the temporary title fans gave to this song when they did the live premiere without knowing the song, the word means "different" and totally fits with the meaning of the lyrics, this could be a song talking about them, you know, the surprise factor of being different. You can enjoy the Kami Band intro version as well the original trio performing with the live at Fox Festival 2017. Next suggestion to have some more fun and with another Kami Band intro: - Awadama Fever with Kami Band intro live at Fox Festival 2017. This month they will start the Asian tour and in October they will be at Knotfest Brazil, Argentina and Chile for the first time in South America, can't wait for it. See you next time!🦊🤘 ❤

Great reaction, thanks! "YAVA!" is one of my favorite songs. Probably top 5 at this moment because I'm totally obsessed with it (and with "Syncopation") since I witness this very same performance at the Yokohama Arena last March (I still can't believe it). So, kudos to Norikazu Nakayama (aka Norimetal) for composing and writing the lyrics on this one (and, again, "Syncopation", haha...). 🤘🦊

This is their old song, of course they have to need a lot of readjustments to the song if Babymetal wants to sing their old song again, considering that as they get older they make slight changes to their vocal cords & changes in the accompanying band also affect each song from KAMIBAND Japan to Kamiband west. playing musical instruments they are also different.
