Babymonster hosted the Last Evaluation survival show. There were 8 episodes in total. All 7 members were on the show, all of whom had the potential to debut on BABYMONSTER. The teaser said that not all of them would debut because they wanted the group to have fewer than seven members, but all 7 members debuted. Blackpink members Lisa and Jennie were mentors of BabyMonster

BABYMONSTER is a new band that is located in the company YG Entertainment, they are in the same company with Blackpink. They debuted on November 27, 2023 with the single BATTER UP, but they then changed the debut date because one member was ill at the time of release and she is not in the video. The date was made on April 1, 2024 with the BABYMONS7ER mini-album with the track SHEESH

It's hard to explain who baby monster is without writing a novel. They got put together through a tv show but not off the street. They were in the same companies development system and had a lot of hype behind their official debut. It didn't live up to expectations. So they've been trying hard to find who they are. You really need to know the basics of the idol system to understand. There's a great video called "The history of Kpop explained in 20 minutes ” that I recommend to everyone just starting to get into Kpop. It's a couple of years old but explains the history of Korea and how it shaped the music industry along with highlighting the major figures and important groups along the way.

They broke the spotify record of the old group, bts, for debut and they have the 4th most watched mv in this whole year around the world. They break all the records of their generation and already have 2 songs in the top 100 kpop songs of all time. Their live performances are breaking all records, fancams, airport appearances, even brushing their teeth. 30,000 people to their fan meet up with 1000s more outside. First group since Bigbang to perform to 70k people at Singapore F1. Go somewhere else with your trash talk.
