Baby food recepie - 1. Rice - 1 Cup 2. Moong Daal - 1 spoon 3. Masoor Daal - 1 spoon Wash and let these dry, thereafter dry roast these together and keep aside. Take following ingredients - 1. Makhana (fox nut) - 1 Cup 2. Cashew and Almond - 15 to 20 again, dry roast these and add to pre-roasted rice and daal to these. Make a fine powder of these and store in an airtight container. How to consume - add 2 spoon of powder in 1 cup of boiling water and cook thoroughly. One can add fruit puree too (apple and banana) if one wishes too.

@yerramallaswetha738 I am not a doc but a mother of 7M old -No please do not use jaggery give dates or figs instead and it can be added to home made cerelac or porridge -Yes Ghee can be added a little -Yes giving oats and muesli in puree form to my 7M old he likes it and no digestive problems so far -I give ragi porridge it’s very healthy and babies love it

They are not talking about formula milk. Formula is ok. Coz breastmilk also has sugar.. They are talking about packet infant food cerelac.. you have to make tasty food and feed baby . He will learn when constantly fed solids from 6-12 months
