Уау!!!! Апофигей!!!!! Я недавно слушал чакону Когана, а так же в исполнении пианистов… и что меня всегда угнетало - на клавире я не мог найти исполнения которое бы сохранило драматизм, экспрессию, эмоции, тонкость скрипичного исполнения. И вот она…!!! Как всегда - Полина Осетинская!!!! Русская великая женщина!!! Так сыграть!!! Никто не мог и не играет чакону как она!!!! Нет это не скрипка, но так же плачет, так же высоко, так же благородно…. - нет слов!!!! Единственное что можно слушать на клавире. И ведь все что она играет настолько индивидуально, лично, глубоко, осмысленно ...- прямо диву даёшься, откуда она так умеет, откуда она берёт, как она умеет чувствовать?! Очень цельно, красиво… красиво все. Пусть говорят про акценты, оттенки и пр. снобистский бред… Но не возможно не признать, что это прекрасный музыкант и может быть даже великий! А если брать среди женщин, то явно лучший музыкант - у неё нет сухих проходящих исполнений - она всегда в высшей степени на нерве. Надо же - все что у других не звучит, какбуд-то в каше... у неё все показано, все звучит, все нотки, темы, эмоциональные оттенки… (Единственное существо которое выше всех Ангел и Архенгел и всех Ангельскиз чинов - женщина… пресвятая Богородица) и прямо смотря на Полину понимаешь - как велик и красив образ Женщины…Русской Женщины, я ей так благодарен за этот Образ!!! Прямо уверен - она спасётся! Господи , спаси Полину Осетинскую!!! Ну что… ещё раз сказать банально Браво? (Короче не смог)

Честно говоря, Баха-Бузони любил всегда меньше, чем эту же чакону Баха-Брамса (леворучную), но в вашем исполнении это не слушается как-то перегружено по фактуре и грохочуще. Очень здорово и убедительно, и даже, по-скрипичному легко и блестяще по звучанию! Теперь мне эта транскрипция начинает нравиться, чего я совсем не ожидал, и я посмотрел на неё совсем иным "взглядом". И этот эпизод на пиано, на 12-й минуте прозвучал очень интимно, проникновенно. Каждая нота со своей интонацией... Как должно быть, но чего часто мы не встречаем, даже у многих знаменитостей. А ведь интонация - это самое важное в искусстве. Поэтому слушается очень легко и с первых нот приковывает внимание. Это был живой Бах, а не памятник ему, и это приводит в неописуемый восторг! Также, пианизм ваш очень нравится, полное слияние с инструментом. Благодарю вас! И слава Господу за ваш талант!

Polina, your music is nothing but extraordinary. This is such a novel rendering of this classic piece. Busoni would be jumping up and down to hear this recording. So much Bach but equally so modern. It's interesting that you mention these two pianists, because from my perspective the two of them are very different in their play. Undoubtedly, both artist are masters of their instruments, but I think Mr. Lang Lang's playing lacks soul. That's exactly what Ms. Osetinskaya achieves. This is such a personal, modest, intense, intimate, honest playing. Bach (in the transcription of Busoni) takes us on a travel through the entire universe of emotions of death and loss. I almost physically "feel" this loss around minute 12.00, when Bach abruptly ends the music to say (what many people think) farewell to his first wive. Ms Osetinskaya is incredibly generous in offering us very personal feelings. I don't know if this is true, but it feels like it is an extremely personal, intimate recording. I feel almost as a "voyeur", looking into the depth of this great artist's feelings. I listen to Bach every day and in my view this is one of the best piano recordings of any work of Bach. Thank you very much for your generosity Ms Osetinskaya, I hope we can welcome you soon in Brussels!

I have had so many tears for Ukraine...2 weeks ago I noticed (on youtube), despite (prior) how much I HATED russia, a Russian musician was losing money because she did not agree with war (it means so much to me Polina). Then I noticed the sweetness of your music (I soo loved when you said "musica" in interviews-I think you are absolutely precious!)...then I learned about the hurts of your young life (God help me!!!!!!! My heart is torn LORD!!)...then I noticed you played for Hospice patients...then I learned you wanted to produce a clinic to minister to artists' needs. I just think...beyond your music...YOU are A VERY special person Polina. My GOD! I love her playing! She is literally the only pianist whom I have ever heard perform this piece in a way that I actually enjoy it. Thing is, I finally, after 60 years, *get* the musical richness it contains which must have been there all along? Amazing.
