When do We use the Boulogne metros, rather than the sun metod? Great video by the way!

Hello :) Using the boiling method or the sun method will depend on the plant. In general, the smallest and most delicate plants will use the sun method. The thickest and more resistant plants will use the boiling method. Still, there are some exceptions. You can find more information on this matter on the bachcentre website and, if you want to make a remedy with a specific plant, you can also reach out to us and we'll tell you which method to use. Why shouldn't we pluck the flowers by hand?

Hi Katral :) The flowers have to be in their purest state, so they should not be touched with the hands, and the material used has to be sterilized. According to Dr. Edward Bach, one must not handle the flowers as the remedies should be influenced only by the flowers themselves. Of course, one must also remember that it is important to avoid passing unwanted bacteria into the flower essences.

Will you get drunk on the Alcohol

Absolutely not. However, if you are preparing remedies for someone who has issues with alcohol, you can make the remedies with apple cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin. Just bear in mind that these won't preserve the remedies for as long as the brandy.
