Don’t know if this is allowed but I’ll tell my story. I have dental implants for more than 22 years. A change in my health has me on a powerful biologic injections and one of the side effects I was told could be infections in my mouth. I did get an infection. It cost me $20,000 for these implants, to take them out I’m sure will cost a lot besides once the implants are out my jaw will collapse, I was a wreck! My daughter told me about an Indian that told her that he chews cloves to keep his mouth clean from infection. I ordered clove bud oil and applied it full strength on my infected implants. It burned like the devil the first couple of times. The infection is gone! It no longer burns and I apply it for maintenance. I’m in awe of this natural product. In India, when babies are teething, we rub clove oil on sore gums. Helps numb pain with no toxic effects. It is interesting that one reader from Ethiopia commented about its use in tea. Indians have the same thing. Indians after all, originated from South Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea and brought their food habits with them. Masala Chai in India, is a fortified rich thick brew for winter days, with black tea, sugar, milk, and a variety of spices such as garam masala (heat producing spices) or cardamom/ clove/ cinnamon/ ginger in the tea. These spices warm you up and have medically protective benefits.

🌿 Hey everyone! I love learning about the benefits of cloves, but it's also important to be aware of the potential side effects of excessive consumption. While cloves can be great in moderation, “excessive” usually means more than 1-2 whole cloves or about ¼ teaspoon of ground clove per day. Here are some side effects to consider with excessive intake: Liver Damage: Too much eugenol, found in cloves, can be toxic to the liver. Mouth/Throat Irritation: Overconsumption can irritate the mucous membranes in your mouth and throat. Blood Thinning: High amounts may have blood-thinning effects, which could be risky for those on certain medications or with bleeding disorders. Always a good idea to enjoy cloves wisely! 🌱✨

Hi. This is my first time writing a comment on this channel. I've been using cloves in my tea every evening. I grind it the flavor very quickly. I use the steam on my eyes until they are wet. This will improve your vision. I was using reading glasses before i started doing it, but i can read the smallest writing now without glasses. My doctor asked me how did i get improvement on my eyes. But this will work on getting healthy. Thank you, Dr. Eric Berg for all you do.

Dr. Hulda Clarke published a lot of research years ago, using clove and black walnut tinctures for the removal of internal "parasites", microscopic to quite large. Chinese medicine teaches a connection between lungs and bowels. We live in an ocean of bacteria, yeasts, virus, and other kinds of microorganism "parasites". Many of them live peacefully with us, like our digestive organisms. Many cause diseases, which can be treated by killing them with the herbs and cures mentioned.

As a fellow health KZbinr, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your insights on the benefits of drinking clove water at night! It's fascinating to learn about the historical significance of cloves and their medicinal properties. In addition to the benefits you mentioned, I’d like to highlight that cloves are also rich in antioxidants, which can help combat oxidative stress in the body. This is particularly important for overall health and longevity. Moreover, the eugenol in cloves not only aids in oral health but also has anti-inflammatory properties that can support heart health by improving circulation and reducing blood pressure. For those looking to incorporate clove water into their routine, I recommend steeping a few whole cloves in hot water for about 10-15 minutes to extract the beneficial compounds effectively. This can be a soothing bedtime ritual that promotes relaxation and better sleep. Thanks for sharing such valuable information, Dr. Berg! Your channel continues to be a fantastic resource for those of us interested in natural health solutions. Keep up the great work!
