@@natureboy1961 Loving, having empathy, experiencing joy. These are vital aspects to keep on living, at least they are for me. Besides that, I do think that some things in life are not explainable, mystical even. But that not knowing why everything is the way it is in this life, does not bother me at all. Religion is more comparable to science than you think: it serves as a way to make sense of the world in which we live in, because that "not knowing" is a daunting concept for some. Not for me. God is life, God is nature, God is living in the moment, God is experiencing joy and sadness. Life is the thing that is devine for me, not a certain God. Read some Spinoza!

@@natureboy1961 well, the noise making instruments like drums and other percussive sounds or archaic flutes with 1 or 2 tones imitating birds ... I do not consider that music. Even Greek and Roman times music was very very limited. They didnt have a well sounding musical scale. Pitagoras tried something, but enjoyability of his system is mmmm lets say, poor. Probably it was in christian churches where music evolved most? Or is the tribe dancing around a fire to the sound of the tam tam tam , probably inducing some trance effect due to repetition and rythm to be named " music " ?
