konni types leafy vegetables tho em problem ledandi. palakura tho nenu kuda tomato kalapanu. It depends on how much oxalates the greens contain.If mixed with tomatoes it MAY lead to formation of kidney stones becoz of the oxalic acid present. Insoluble oxalates unna leafy vegetables tho vandite em problem undadhu antunnaru. nenu recipe ela vandalo chupinchanu. tomato add chesinanta matrana curry unhealthy avadhu. If you dont like to add tomatoes you can skip that part.
