Hey Dave, when you were saying you wanna act I had an idea. Alexa & Carlos PenaVega live in Tennessee now too. They have a production company that makes the Hallmark-ish type movies (they used to be in the Hallmark movies). You should try to connect with them. They were originally known for Spy Kids (Alexa) & Big Time Rush (Carlos). I really feel like you guys would have a good connection. Maybe Tasha, August, & you can play a sweet family in one of their movies! That would be so fun/cool! Just a thought!

Since your principal is low on your mortgage, make a separate principal pymt and you could make a 30yr mtg into an 18yr..

Also, try paying as much over your mortgage each month for the first 5 years, cuz the extra will go strictly to principal instead of interest. Interest is exponential and is at its highest the first 5 years of a loan. :)

@amyluyo You have to specify that you are making a 'Principal' payment. Not, merely paying 'as much as you can over the mortgage'. The interest is higher than principal for more than 5 yrs, until it reverses.
