Might be because you have a selective attention span. The first half of the video had bartenders saying Bachelorette parties are worse while the second half said bachelor parties are worse. And a couple of bartenders saying they don't care or don't have a preference.

I'm a former bartender and an old roommate owned a small club and we both learned one basic rule. Men are slobs at home but neat in public, women are neat at home and slobs in public. When chicks are out, especially in a big group, they believe that it's their time to "get wild." The messes they leave are unbelievable. The worst was an evening when the cleaning service refused to clean the women's room because someone tried to flush a pair of blue jeans down the loo, failed, left it there and then other female patrons simply did their business over it. I avoid hen nights like the clap.

You fear for the hens, but you're afraid of the stags. For me, the question about Parties is "How do they tip?" Any group doesn't tip as well as individuals, for the same amount of work. Being annoyed by drunk people is just part of the job, like walking back and forth along the bar all night.
