A nice setup you have there Roy, most impressed! Love your latest purchase, 66111 the Highland stag motif! Strange settings there for you most odd! A fantastic Lay-Out, sir. You're way ahead of me with the DCC set-up and setting-up! Glad the Class 66 ran well in the end, another puzzle solved. A nice locomotive. The way you used the 're-railing ramp' was quite intuitive; no fussing about trying to get all the wheels on the track. One of those obvious things that we can miss, I dare say! Thank you for your kind comments and also for subscribing. Made the decision to go dcc route right at the beginning after watching countless number of videos to help me understand. As I only had about four locomotives at the time the cost wasn't so prohibitive. I find that re railer a godsend as I do seem to struggle lining all the wheels up without it.

@@roystrains haha cheers Roy, same problen now for me and on top of it all now have arthritis around the base of my thumb on my left hand, and typically im left handed or as some say kack handed! So a re railer is really handy.

Thanks for subscribing and commenting. Checked out your channel and subscribed, vast collection of loco's you have there, very impressive. I've come to the conclusion that the previouse owner must have changed the allocation of sounds to the function buttons himself. Not too bothered about it, only thing now is I'm thinking of upgrading the lighting so that all front facing lights come on, if I try making the daytime running lights come on seperate to night time running I will need to find which CV's to change. So trying to understand the workings of jrmi at the moment.

robert from roberts trains bought 6 of those hoppers when they sent them he had 5 red tops and 1 blue top to miss a sales they sent 5 blue and one red i would have sent the lot back and ask for the ones i ordered

Hi, I think you must have Robert's train set mixed up with someone else, Robert purchased 12 in total one of which had blue tops. It was his video tempted me to buy the six I purchased. We both purchased them direct from accurascale. Are you referring to another Robert?

Hi Roy have a look at JMRI Decoder Pro as you can reprogram the functions, as you are using Z21. Just a thought Regards Mick

Typical of Olivia’s trains…..weren’t so long ago i payed them a visit in person and asked for some bachmann virgin voyager couplings n they sold me som wagon couplings…….the guy acted like he knew his stuff but clearly didn’t n clearly shouldn’t be working there inside Olivia’s trains Sheffield….won’t be visiting anytime soon that’s for sure

Sorry to hear about your experience. I believe whoever had the model before me re programmed it themselves so Olivia's trains would not have any control over that, it seems I would need the ESU locksound decoder to change settings to my own preferences, at £140 just to change the settings I will leave as is. Any way thanks for your comments.
