I started using your exercises during the pandemic and even though gyms are open now, I still do these when I can’t be bothered to trek to the gym, which is pretty often 😂 I swear i get as much benefit from these as i do from a 2x longer gym session

I am on week 8 of the 12 week program. If you are sitting on the fence about doing this program, make the leap! The program AND the quality of ACHV PEAK's bands is excellent. I don't know if i will ever set foot in a gym again!

I've been a gym rat for over 30 yrs. The pandemic, personal problems, and other stuff have successfully kept me out of the gym since before St. Patrick's Day. I decided to try resistance bands. Another good decision made.

Yo! I just really enjoy you two. You’ve been my quarantine go-to! Also your kid is adorb. Love that you keep it low-key and real at the same time. Just wanted to let you know that it would be really helpful to have a sneak peak of the exercises and any hints about form or technique you want us to see and hear prior to the sets, so that we can focus on our own sets and form during go-time. During the workout, I try and be as focused as possible on both my form and executing the words you both say and applying them, so I end up pausing it a lot. Abbey Yung did a great job of this and I had never seen it done that way before. Just want to offer honest feedback because I really dig your vids. 😎 Still a loyal homie! Keep being awesome.

ACHV PEAK I have been mixing it up so I’m working primary muscles and then giving them a break while I work other areas. I follow 5-7 videos a week. Some days I do 1 and some days I put a couple together if I’m feeling better. Weekends I leave to walks, hikes and biking.

Just added because of my gym closing. I only have bands in my basement, no weights. I am hoping to find some more advanced moves??? This workout was good, but I don't feel the same like after my heavier weight training sessions.
