Great learning from your videos, Mariano. I'm a new poker player and spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Morongo. I played 1&3 table and won $800 for the entire weekend. That's 1/2 the cost of my car repairs so I'm happy. Planing on playing again there one day.

It's technically a Queen high flush with a jack. Most people call it a jack high flush but that's not the official reading.

Nope. You don't consider a shared community card in your ranking. If the board is Ah9h3s7s4h and you hold the Qh and your opponent says they have the Jh, it would be pointless and incorrect for each of you to say "I have the A high flush." Well yes, you do, but saying that does not identify the winner. You would say "I have the Q high flush."
