Back Braces for Scoliosis

I'm 75yrs old and have very severe scoliosis plus a very bad back. My pain level is at 10 24/7. I have a pain pump that is putting morphine in my spine for the last 8 months. Unfortunately I have not had any relief at all. Everyone tells me that I am not eligible for surgery because of my age and health issues. I am miserable and wish I could get some relief before I pass on. All of my Doctors tell me that my scoliosis is the worst they have ever seen!!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I was referred to an office in Macon Georgia for a scoliosis brace. I didn't see one on your video that looks anything like mine. Basically it looks like a back brace but a steel rod shaped similar to a figure 8 is attached that goes underneath my left arm that extends down to my hip. It is very uncomfortable and rubs underneath my arm. I have more pain using the brace that I do without it. My chiropractor who has been practicing for 30 plus years told me he would throw it in the trash. How do I know if I am going to a place that's qualified to order a brace for me? The name of the facility they referred me to in Macon Georgia is called The Hangar. Thanks so much for your videos. They are so helpful.
