Single arm straight arm push down! Was my first time doing them unilaterally, really liked how short/contracted I was able to get my lat doing them like this!

@@hunter_labrada This is a pretty good movement.I tried this last night in my homegym for the first time.I must still get a strap attachment.I used the rope.The mid/lower lat area is sore.Some reps i felt it more than others.I like that you dont need much weight and its basically a downward arc into the contraction.

Doing things unilaterally do you go straight into the other arm or is there a time period you’ll wait to complete the other arm?

I usually rest 1-2 minutes between each arm on multi joint exercises. Your performance will drop significantly otherwise
