The best thing people aren't taking is HMB i got some of my enhanced athlete's on it lately and they're raving about it you can definitely corner the market with a supplement around that and betaine anhydrous another super star also never sleep on beta alanine that stuff really helps with muscular endurance. Just subscribed, I normally watch your vids on the other channel. It’s nice 2 c a different style of filming /edit in this channel. Fresh. Just checked ur product line in the linked website. Pre workout on my wish list will keep working hard. Run long /lift heavy in the morning ( 4 days a week like that. ) plus a wkd long run & home workouts

Actually, not having Dave is cool at times. Seeing and hearing Jay just jiving on his own is even more authentic and interesting. Also, speaking of keeping nutrition on point, please come out with protein bars. Jay, as Arnold said. “Just do it!”

Hi Jay. I am 8 weeks and 5 days out from the NPC Albuquerque show. This is my 2nd show. I am 48 and really started to get serious with bodybuilding about 3 years ago. Love back day as well. I follow a lot you your stuff so thank you for sharing. My question is about back, how do you get such good separation in the muscles, my back looks flat. My coach told me to start getting massages to help release the tension (I guess). I try to lift heavy without comprising form (no ego lifting) and typically do 4-5 sets with a 10-12 rep range. I focus on contractions & working the stretching positions. (I did get a chance to train at MetroFlex in Arlington last week - amazing) Thanks for your time and input. Mike

I think a Q&A episode would be cool. Also Jay, how do you come up with new supplements, flavors and stuff? Do you actually go into the company you work with and see what's going on? I think that would make for an interesting video. To see where your supplements are made, and who you work with to get them made, etc. Thanks again for the content, hope it's a great week for you.
