Same reason I stopped doing chest on Mondays, everyone else is doing it as well and makes it hard to get on the machines/stations you want to do. So now I do chest on Tuesdays while everyone is doing back.

Jay, excellent discussion about getting people back in the gym or started in the first place. There’s always another excuse, but everybody can make time for 30 minutes a few days a week. I tell. my patients that all the time. Once you make it routine, you see how amazing you feel and wonder why you weren’t doing it sooner.

this past week I only took 5 days off because I was sick, I couldn't leave home let alone get to the gym. that's kind of the only exception to consistency IMO... regardless, it's true that you won't see progress without consistency. consistency is key.

I moved from MI in 2005 to Vegas. Moved in appt near palms , got my membership at Golds Sahara , aka.. as Jay called it “the pit” always got to meet him day after day .. most humble man ever ! Love ya Jay

If i could afford the Food like i mean 5 meals a Day , i would easily do . I just can eat 2 - 3 max meals a Day if even . Thanks for the Tips Jay .
