Is river city the only place in Chicago for year round slips?

River City is the only place in the city for year-round slip, but Hammond Indiana and a few places on the Illinois River are possible

I thought you moved out of River City Marina? Did you move back?

31st St Harbor in the summer and River City in the winter. River City is about the only place you can be in the winter in Chicago.
