Try this back exercise option that is a bit outside the box but very effective.
Using the Victory Ropes , i.e. similar to battle ropes but has resistance bands inside the sleeve.
I found this type of exercises very beneficial offering a unique way to challenge my back workouts.
Similar to suspension style training but with a resistance dynamic allowing me to use the same exercise with 2 different dynamics. 1. using the resistance on the way down and 2. on the way up.
