Surprisingly simple but cleaver idea. Kinda funny how most of us wouldn’t think of doing that 😁 well done sir

It might be a good idea to paint the anchor top a bright color like orange or yellow for visibility/ safety reasons. Dont wanna trip on those anchors before you' re finished with a workout. This is a solid,yet nice DIY band platform that is.quite useful and not costly to make compared to the pricey manufactured ones.Thanks for the video!

Great idea-you might think about how to build a bracket on a wall, so you could slide your board in, then have the hooks at waist or shoulder level for arm exercises.
@webherring Жыл бұрын
Thank you. Luckily, I have a post in the basement for times when I need a higher anchor point. Cheers!

Does it flex it the middle when you are working out? I feel like there should be another board in the center. Even if it is around the brackets. What do you think?
@webherring4 ай бұрын
@@scottcody6251 There is really no flexing. Keep in mind that most walls have studs 16" apart. And I'm standing on the middle.

Where do you get the orange resistance band?
@webherring Жыл бұрын
They are the Undersun bands. I got my set through Facebook Marketplace but you can get them on Amazon or directly from Undersun online. I also use the loop bands from Walmart.
