Hey Dr Syl, long time subscriber of the channel. I am sure you will continue to smash it regardless where your future takes you. I am sitting my final ICE exams at your alma mater (i actually rewatched your old vlogs ans mock viva videos as I finally was at the right stage to benefit from them). time flies!

I personally would like to see mental health clinic and therapist geared towards cluster B, as a stand alone clinic and therapy. Fast forward with teaching DBT or other modalities with personality disorders, building skills means individuals have a life worth living at any age, breaking the cycle of the BPD mind games.

Considering this would be cost effective longitudinally l guess.

I like when you watch/comment on vintage psychiatric footage. To me, that type of footage seems to be very raw and unfiltered and I think that's why I'm drawn to it - no zaz, no manipulation, just...here's the content. So one vote for doing those. Another vote for having guests. I'm curious about the types of folks you'll have on and which audiences their content would hit the biggest with. Will it be for folks with an advantage education in psychiatry? Or for the laymen folks who only know about Pavlov's dogs? Maybe both?!

I love all your content. Could you do a video on self harm/depression/anxiety? Or how childhood abuse or trauma affects us and how to deal with it as an adult(without self harming)

Love your channel, glad to hear you say you will keep going with it. I love your analysis of the SBSK interviews perhaps some follow ups when Chris revisits ie hope I have the names correct- Maguel, cecilia, Daniel. As well as new ones. Keep going, you will make a great asset to the mental health professional. As an Old RN, so much has changed in mental health, in the last 50 years, which is very exciting.

"Lets plays" would be absolutely amazing. Like mental health takes on some story driven games. I would binge that in a second.

Glad to hear you'll be sticking with making videos no matter what. I appreciate the different content you've put out over the years. I forgot you used to do the gaming and livestreaming, though it would usually end up being late at night here East Coast US time. But those were fun. Good luck in your training and studying!

Nice one Syl. I hope you're taking care of yourself and finding time to relax. Interested in EMDR/PTSD, and if brain chemistry differs for different types of delusions. Any thoughts on ozempic? I would like uplifting songs too! My God by the Killers for example.

Don’t know if you’re still open to tv show reviews but I’d love to see reaction videos to the series Shrinking - the leads play therapists rather than doctors but since you’re reading up on psychotherapy, could be fun!

I value your conversations deeply, but I feel like you can make a bigger impact by shifting from mental health to something that’s shaping our world-politics. It's where real change happens, and your voice, with its reach, could spark conversations that inspire action and unity.

Love your channel. Could you analyse this? The darkest hour, in my life Took my love of my life, away Now my brain dont work as it should and it gives me the chill. I dont know why I lost you but you went completly away. Now i have only the sum of fear, anger, sorrow, and sadness, that your left behind. Its a long time ago, but its like yesterday. The present is now and the future is gone. One tiny step at a time now, get now to be the past. This is my live. One second, one minnet, one hour, one Day. I have lost my self. I dont know who i am any more. Night to Day and Day to night. All is the same. Living in a nightmare. Thats how it is, in my head.
