Not commented on my favorite thing about Sunday afternoons here in the UK for a couple of episodes. But that doesn't mean I missed any weeks, haven't missed a single week now in well over a year and already have TTL stuff in the kitchen mugs for coffee, and TTL t-shirts and tops in my training and just hanging draws. You're sort of run out of things to say about being part of this whole TTL vibe, love it so much. End of the season here really in the UK, I did a big UK 70.3 race two Sundays ago, The Outlaw x. So it's chill and eat a little more, possibly drink a beer or two more times. It is beautiful today here on Oct 10th been to the beach to simply walk and walk the dog. a few weeks for the dust to settle on the season's end. Then as when November and the so damn cold wet British winter begins to fall. It will be time to start moving again and start planning next season. Which at 60 as I will be as the season rolls around again in 2022, and in my 30 consecutive years of competing, in the glorious but nuts sport of ours it will be nice to feel at home with TTL along for the journey as always. I'm returning to full running after a stress reaction. I just commented on Strava that my dog isn't going to happy when I return to intervals because he won't be able to run with me then (just for warmup/cooldown). Glad Flynn is part of the return to running. Also, what's the last song in the video?

I had to do a lot of walk/running this year as I had two femoral stress fractures (back to back in different legs) and while it is boring, it flew by and even though its only been weeks since I was doing that, I can't even remember it. You'll be running fully and strong again so soon!
