Lat Pulldown - 5 sets, 8-10 reps
Single arm pulldown - 3 sets × failure (lat finnisher)
T-Bar row- 4 sets, 12 reps
V-bar Cable Row- 4 Sets, 10 reps
Seated row- 3-4 SETS × Failure (back finisher)
