no matter whether you share your travels with us or share your everyday life from korea, i always enjoy being here. it's an anchor point in the week. and i also have the feeling that this summer is very exhausting. normally the humidity in Germany is not very high, but we also had a lot of rain and mostly a humidity of around 60-65%. The temperatures were so unbearable at the same time and all this without AC.

About vitamins and supplements, I've always been dubious about them, however, I had a gastric sleeve a few years ago and my surgeon told me I need to take a specific multivitamin for the rest of my life so whilst a healthy diet really is the no. 1 way to get your nutrients, I think supplements help :)
