@@tyboles308 I understand, i play heli my self so heres a list of the things in heli pilots mind 1. Enemy air 2. Enemy armor 3.anything else now heli in this game is is devastating and can 1v1 anything else so dont expect to take pilot like this in 1v1 even in AA and jets you need to be unexpected wait for friendly air to spawn and use them as a decoy always move around because heli pilot will remember where you are and watch you're 6 heli pilots are very sneaky and if you cant kill them just keep them away dont get aggressive on them thats what they want if you fire at heli from multiple sides at once it cant do shit so to kill heli you just needs attention and coordination

Had a question: was playing a non hardcore (no friendly fire) match with toxic attack heli tryhards on a PS4 server, I’m not by any means a pro player but I enjoy the helicopter dammit so I waited to spawn in and managed to get pilot and a gunner spawned in spamming “get out”, I didn’t, proceeded to attack and somehow ended up “killed in action” while he immediately took the helicopter. The question is, how did this happen? Is this a known hack or can an admin just have me insta killed like this? It’s really lame and I wasn’t kicked or banned or nothing like that. Just curious

Was watching some old raw gameplay of BF 4 and Bad company 2, also what was lacking in BF V was the Mp battle chatter and player dialogue shit talking. If you go back to BC 2 MP there was so much chatter and shit talking from your team and enemy teams mp characters, it just made the game a bit more alive feeling. I am pretty sure in WW2 their was tons of shit talking. I hope they bring it back into the next game.

@@soundgarden8885 You move the stick and the missile responds a solid second to 1.5s after the input. It's sooo difficult to smoothly control to take out jets like you see them doing with ease in this video. The TV missile is borderline unusable on console compared to using a TOW for example

I actually found it easier on console, it's like the hitbox's especially aircraft are slightly bigger than on PC, you have to be more accurate on PC.

I would argue that the problem is infantry not coordinating enough. Playing against a coordinated squad of AA engies supplemented with lasers designators is almost oppressively difficult, but that also comes with the issue of PLD/Soflams just not being fun to use, so not a lot of people run it despite how useful it can be. But in regular pubs, coordinated engies/laser designators is pretty rare in my experience. Makes me wish they brought back the tracer dart from BC2 for that reason. But I disagree that they don't require skill to pilot. There's a lot of nuance and precise movement, and rewards skillful creativity, as a good game should.

William Smith thats also true but unless you and atleast 1 of your friends are dadicated of with hunting choppers whole game you cant do much if the pilot is semi compitent (and i say semi compitent cuz that shit takes far less skill than being good infantry player and its much more rewarding sitting on the gunner seat clicking on people below like some complete twatbag.And even if u dadicate yourself with your friend with hunting the enemy chopper some of the maps in this game provide the choppers with way to many obstuctions to help them. Gl hunting on the crappy Siege of Shangay.

Nah they dont ruin the game. And they aren't too difficult to take out. I can agree gunning doesn't require too much skill but you need a skilled pilot to be able to go on streaks like these. Positioning and awareness is everything when flying helis. Plus you need a pilot who is good with zunis and tows to take out vehicles because a gunner cant do it solo

@@kabukijo3148 @Kabuki Jo well now you just sound salty lol I'd just stick with lockers/metro if I were you, your feelings won't be hurt there. of course any semi competent pilot isn't going to just fly into your lock ons, of course they're going to use cover, they'd be dumb not to. SoS in particular is determined more by ground game than air game. Helis do a lot of damage yes but they don't win you games. Good AA comes down to how well you can force pilots to retreat, force them to burn their countermeasures and cover their retreat options once they've popped ECM or flares. You don't have to be great at infantry to do this, just have an understanding of what you need to do
