Huh?..... There have been gay men on TV since the 70's.... And the Real World had been going on for 8 years with gay dudes since the first seasons, Will & Grace was on it's 3rd Season, RuPaul was appearing in mainstream media for a while, Drag Queens on a Road Trip was it's own genre.... Jesus Christ.... Dram Queens....

Also, I loved watching the homecoming, and Danny has become a different person. You can tell he has pain. And I wonder why the homecoming didn't bother to discuss or explore the fact that Danny is HIV positive.

I was like 15 when the original New Orleans season aired. I remember thinking that I was disgusted by Melissa, because she was always talking about taking dumps or her period. Otherwise, just stuff that wasn't very "lady-like". But then she grew on me, because I started to realize that I liked, at the time, the loud wild child type. I dropped more DNA in my bedroom to that woman than a crime scene laboratory investigator with Parkinson's.

I grew up during the Cold War with the country going up in flames with only 5 puplic access tv channels and knew what they gay was since the late 70's..... Melodramatic Much?
