Nice. Something that helps me for muscle origins and insertions is the 3D program "Essential Anatomy". Then you can rotate the screen and look in the direction of the muscle fibers, which makes it much easier to visualise the actions. Otherwise, for all other organ systems, I use mostly "THIEME Atlas of Anatomy". I will tell you in 5 years if this works, heh. Good luck!

@Anatomy Zone >You bring up anatomy & nutrition. Great, but your watching and commenting on the wrong video. Have you every done physical labor using your lumbar to earn a paycheck? I am not talking “Jigalow” Services, although you may not the equipment. Talk nutrition, do your own video. I have actually worked for a living and didn’t involve sticking my nose in places it shouldn’t go. After fixing vehicles the right way for 38+ years, I am researching lumbar anatomy to discuss a plan to eliminate torch-like burning as this 6’3” bends far enough to drill a hole in a part held in a vise. 7 surgeries, 2 fusions, then 5 more fusions resulting two of them twice. Radio Frequency Nerve Oblation, bi-lateral spanning the three bottom joints...and only relief came with a bi-lateral L3, L2. Stemming from one activity my boss had me running 200 lb. equipment in mud for fives hours in 1986. With the mechanical done and a successful upper epidurals, I am looking for the offending deep muscles that have turned to scar tissue. So eat a salad. Crispy bacon, cut hard boiled eggs & a pinch of pink Himalayan salt with 84 trace minerals.

Sorry, Can’t keep everything straight with with talking, 34 year son moving in with 5 kids plus nasty back pain. Can’t even standup straight to walk to mailbox, then hearing your dr call and say he may not be able to help a 58 yr. old guy. I’ve had this coming on quick the last 8-9 years. This is awesome! Thank you for doing these! I watch these while doing my cardio in the AM as a form of studying. What would be REALLY REALLY great for ppl like me is if you could use your software like you are, put some music in the background and put the muscle name in big bold lettering while highlighting that muscle/bone/joint. OMG that would be a GODSEND. They are perfect to watch while working out but only a couple out there total.

Interesting, this is the most watched back muscle video on youtube and, and if you watch it, what you learn from it is that humans can't stand up, they collapse in a pile, but those back muscles let you turn your head and bend your spine around while you're flopping on the floor. Apparently humans don't use any of the major muscle groups in their back to support their giant bobbly heads or to remain upright against gravity, who knew. It must be that humans have rigid locked spines, and don't ever move. Let me just try with this skeleton, hmm, nope fell over immediately.
