Superstar Emma, great to meet you the other day! On Alan’s questions: Buyer perspective = Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware). That’s where seeking out reviews, checking returns policy, guarantees, warranties etc before you buy is important. Seller perspective = complaints are valuable as they allow you to improve so you should welcome and embrace them. Communication is absolutely paramount If you want to develop an excellent brand reputation. Feedback = always, always give developmental feedback (aka a rollicking!) in private and re enforcing, praiseworthy in public. Just my thoughts. Have a great day. Looking forward to tomorrows vlog.

Another good video, nice to see Emma looking good after such a big operation. One question on your cerakoted knives: Are they dishwasher safe, and do they hold up to use, without losing the coating.
