Starlink changed my life. Like Andrew I waited so long for Starlink and followed it's development since almost day 1. I live full time at my cabin and Internet has always been a problem for me. Before I moved out in the bush I lived in a city with high speed internet and you don't understand how important it is till you don't got it or are stuck with 3mbs DSL. When I finally got Starlink I was so excited to go back to the future of never having to struggle with being blacked out from the world. The first year of Starlink was rough.. it took a lot of moving it around to find the best spot, cutting trees, building raised platforms to find that sweet spot. But when I finally found that sweet spot it changed my entire family's lives. Now I can be off grid and still get 200mbs down and do all the things I couldn't at home. It doesn't sound like a big deal to people who never had the struggle but it's a game changer for me. Don't give up on trying to find that sweet spot Andrew.. you're going to get frustrated but once you nail it down it will be your best friend. Good luck buddy!

Have missed you Andrew. I started watching you when Charlie dog was a pup. Used to watch all your videos. Glad to see you are doing well. I am glad your cabin survived the fires. Most of Canada must have been burning., We had poor air quality days in southern Ohio from Canada fires. How many billions of dollars in wood and millions of animals were killed by this disaster. Hope you have a good winter. Is there much habitat left for wildlife?

Glad to see that you and your camp survived the fires. Sorry for all those whose camps and homes did not. Fingers crossed that the animals mostly dispersed to the still standing timber like at your camp. Hopefully next spring will bring renewed plant growth and attract more furbearers than previously. Great to see you back out on the land, looking forward to the updates. I wonder how our tree loss in Canada this year will affect the air quality/oxygen levels? We live in harmony with the trees, we take oxygen and turn into carbon dioxide, trees take carbon dioxide and turn it into oxygen... More and more humans less and less trees. Well I hope you have a bountiful year with the furs this year.
