I listened to your video just now . Question with medical evidence why is it so hard to get switched over to WC benefits? When one has the material to back up a WC claim . Why is it so hard for an insurance company like Sedgwick so difficult to get them to switch you over to WC ? Even when the medical evidence is there ? Does it come down to law and taking it to court to get payments rendered? Does it depend on how well a lawyer works for you to get this done?
