OMG THANK YOU! I’m standing here desperate to relieve some of the back pain i get v often, first time hearing of this stretches and doing them with you and idk placebo or what but I ALREADY feel relief.. WHAT! I GOTTA TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOW ✌️

Hello, great video on back pain, so simple to do. I have a question though. What about the breathing? Do you have to, for example, inhale as you tilt and exhale as you rotate or is it vice versa or is it random? Thanks for sharing this.

Hi, do you tilt back to "natural" median between rotations? Also do you rotate front and back separately? Thank you!

Yes, typically back to neutral between rotations. You can do front and back separately or as a part of the same repetition. Thank you

After watching this video, I thought about it in context of the neck; would it be helpful to use the same sort of technique to mobilize the neck? tilt/ rotate. I've been playing around with it, and it seems to help, but perhaps not sure what would be "optimal" so to speak.
