Hello, great video on back pain, so simple to do. I have a question though. What about the breathing? Do you have to, for example, inhale as you tilt and exhale as you rotate or is it vice versa or is it random? Thanks for sharing this.

After watching this video, I thought about it in context of the neck; would it be helpful to use the same sort of technique to mobilize the neck? tilt/ rotate. I've been playing around with it, and it seems to help, but perhaps not sure what would be "optimal" so to speak.
