Today I'm going to roll together a bunch of different concepts from previous blogs and Z-Health courses. Mostly what I'm trying to convey to you today is a template approach or a concept that you can use to save your shoulders.

Thank you for this video. I immediately felt the difference, rotating the forearm and wrist from the shoulder, rather than the elbow, and will incorporate these isometrics into my daily routine.

Thx sir, these are excellent shoulder exercises for fixing rotator cuff injury & impingement. I was able to feel every movement that was difficult & painful to perform previously....

Awesome video could you apply the same logic to your hip, lying down working on abduction, adduction, flexion extension etc

The part you mentioned in this video or one of your other videos about how your brain starts to process certain things as dangerous and then not allow your body to do them is affecting me now. I lost all kinds of overhead mobility with my shoulder due to a rotator cuff impingement.
