This is so effective at softening the upper cervical muscles. Have you ever prescribed this for tension headache sufferers?

I was originally looking for foot and ankle strengthening exercises and stumbled across Z Health, and Dr Cobb - and I'm so glad I did. This is such a find! I have since looked at alot of his other videos, and they've all been a revelation. This guy REALLY does know his stuff!. It turns out he's among the most respected people in the world in his field. I can't believe I accidentally found this channel - it's been a godsend, and has improved my overall flexibility significantly. I'm from the UK, so had never heard of him, or Z Health, but now I know! .....and I'm going to share this with others who are looking to increase their overall flexibility. Btw, this particular exercise really does work too! ...but I shouldn't have been surprised. Thank you so much.

I'm honestly surprised how well this works for me. I've tested it on a few occasions. Typically I'm about 5 inches away from touching my toes, but I can touch them after doing this! It feels like magic.

My tightness and tension is not really in the hammie, but right int he back of the knee. A nerve pain sensation. Anyone know why?

Great exercise. I get that this drill effects the hamstring but I'm guessing that it would also benefit other things like the scarecrow test and everything else. My question is what are the general benefits of this exercise on the body.
@ZHealthPerformance9 жыл бұрын
Andrew Crause The benefit is entirely individual and although we would expect an overall improvement in range of motion, that may not be the cause for everyone. If you get a good result from the upper neck mobilization improving your hamstring flexibility or scarecrow test, Doc’s recommendation is do this exercise once or twice a day, and as soon as you've done the exercise andthings are feeling a little looser, take a quick walk. Walking will help the change persist.

This is working for me, I believe in it and I put it in my yoga routine (I am a yoga teacher). Just one thing and this is not meant to be disrespectful but is a serious question I would expect to get from my students. If this really works, how come you don't have the flexibility of a ballet dancer or Tae Kwon Do expert?
