Hi, Mark! It's called a bowl and tray router bit. It's also a called dish carving router bit. That is because its main purpose is to rout out the inside of a tray or bowl. MLCS and Rockler will have them for sure, and you should be able to find lots of sources by googling "bowl and tray router bit".
