Back to Basics - Asymmetric Triangle

This weeks tutorial is looking back at the asymmetric triangle, a design that is unbalanced with one side being longer than the other. This type of arrangements is usually front-facing, so its usually seen from the front. This style of arrangement is suitable for larger designs, like a pedestal as well as a smaller arrangement seen demonstrated in the video.

An awful lot of unnecessary technical bull here. It must be off-putting to somebody wanting to learn. Get friendly with your neighbour's that have really varied shrubs and ask if they would mind if you snipped a branch or two occasionally. They will most likely be delighted because it will save them pruning. Making arrangements gives great joy both in creating and the pleasure they bring.

I find it very difficult to make 2 similar designs for the altar and the girls who help I think get frustrated with me sometimes. Though I am more frustrated than them!

I think lots of us struggle with making 2 designs the same! Try making each one, step by step, add foliage to each, then your line material, then focal flower, then its easier to copy the shape
