What are the key vitamins for vegans? Im asking as a new vegetarian gone vegan but im not on top of it yet :(

It's best to consult your doctor or see what your national dietetics association reccomend. In the Netherlands at least they reccomend 1000ug of B12 2-3 times a week and a vegan D3 (as taking vit D is reccomended for everyone here). It depends so much on what your personal needs are.

Definitely B12 and D. If you’re not eating seaweed (eg in vegan sushi) then iodine is worth taking. If you’re not eating nuts and seeds daily then omega 3. Depending on how many greens, beans and lentils you’re consuming then you might want to take iron.
