It's looking fantastic! I really like the way it looks with the maple emerging from under the fretboard as is. Plus to move the tuners out would make the strings skewed a little sideways.

Looking good Pat. I wouldn't change the profile of the headstock. I would roll the edge over a little more than normal than on the rest of the headstock.

Blimey Patrick, You scared me for a moment when you brought out the acetone and a syringe. It's far safer just to sniff it! A great end result however and a very informative video as per usual.

Great job, as usual. What if you just leave the binding as is, and shape the nut to fit in the cavity and hang over the binding? I think the transition to the headstock looks great.
