My suggestion to the angler at level 50. Go to California and farm the Sturgeon. I just went through what you are going through. I spent 400k plus on carp equipment. Yes it’s boring however you can earn enough money for the bass boat with the trolling motor. You will be set for blue crab island , which is awesome!!! Don’t rush the game,enjoy the learning aspect of it. Hope this helps.

Blue crab island is my favorite map. It's a lot like when me and my Grandpa go inshore fishing here in Tampa bay. It reminds me of that a lot.
