I’m racing for the first time next Saturday. I raced nitro cars in the parking lot of the RC store with the portable track. But that was when I was 16 - I’m 40 now ha. Going to race a Tekno ET48.3. Should I go ahead and get a stock slash to race that or? What other category would you recommend? I want to race at least two classes. If I’m going to be there anyway etc etc! Thanks for any input ya got. We have a lot of slash. Medium amount 1/8 truggy and buggy, decent amount 1/10 buggy 2wd and 4wd but I think it’s pretty competitive. Then there is a novice class?? Not sure what that means. Input appreciated on what novice class is ha and what class you’d join or advise someone to try. Oh there are a decent amount of stadium struck too I think.

I’m curious the drivers area what dictates where you are? I would think the higher ranking drivers would have better spots or is it just getting there early to get the best spots??? Because you can clearly see some spots would be terrible & of course the top spots with the good views??

areas are based on the sponsorship level of the race. Higher level sponsors get priority areas. For MSM drivers and followers, you guys get the prime area. Most of the time better than the highest ranked drivers. ;)
