Best way to Reinforcing the kraton ^s Body with E6000 and fibra concrete tape. Most durable

This is how I apply E6000 and fibra tape to the back of a RC Body. I have done many of these now and a few just for fun to experiment with the rights combination. as far as im concerned after doing this procedure you'll find there almost as good a a basher body. the way I reinforce the body in certain places to made it extra durable. yes its a long video but helpful. 30minutes lost some videos. but always 2 layers... laying the tape opposite directions. and a 3rd layer in the weakest points on the body.

Thanks for the video! I’m a nub and just did the gorilla tape on my K4S. I think your method looks great and a lot easier. I’m trying this on my next shell.

yes. i think is close to a basher body... (well maybe not quiet) but very durable. the brush is what makes it so much easier. think i took 1.5 tubes of E6000. but well worth it. the first layer can be roughly done, it's the 2nd layer that does it. good luck, and don't get frustrated. it took me a while to get it right, but now i can do any... xmaxx was tricker..lol

yes i have a couple bodys with GT. it's good. But the E6000 just makes it more sound i think. it's time consuming but worth it in the end. have Fun.

The problem is that all of that has to be on the paint and the paint can and will detach from the plastic. I’ve seen it several times.

thanks for the comment. i have done 5-6 just on the e6000 and concrete tape. and half a dozen trying different scenarios and seen very little delamination. I thought the same thing. but the system i have done its works perty tight. a little on the contact points but that is whittled and cut away if it does. i think most of mine are over a year old and still look great. thank. and have a terrific day.
