I went to Disneyland Paris this June and it was honestly so fun! I’m not a huge ride person, yet I still found plenty of rides and other fun things to do. You will all love it!

Perfect roast potatoes. Maris pipers or desiree. Part boil them. Drain. Heat oil and butter in oven toss potatoes in and cook on 180 for around an hour. Start cooking the chicken first and remove before roasties are finished to rest add some meat juice to roasties for flavour, turn potatoes again and up the heat for the final few mins. Will crisp the outside and be fluffy in middle. The secret is the potato used. Many use any type. The packets will tell you what each are good for these days.

Sarah, if you take you chicken out 30-45 mins to rest covered in foil it gives you more tender chicken that Daniel will not complain is dry and gives you a chance to move you potatoes to the top of the oven to crisp up ❤

With the roast potatoes I always boil them for a bit first until they’re soft but not too soft then shake and put on a tray with duck fat to crisp up. They’re fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside then👌🏼👌🏼

I always boil them until softish and then leave them to cool and shake them in sauce pan so the edges go crispy once cooked, and use the m&s potato seasoning unreal and cook in goose fat! Xx

Perfect roasters - oil in the tray in the oven for 10 minutes, boil the potatoes, steam in the colander for about 10 minutes whilst waiting for the oil, cover in cornflour and shake, then place in oven for a hour, but keep moving them around, perfect every time 🤤

par cook the potatoes maris pipers are the ones then bust them up in a colander then transfer them to hot oil, then sprinkle flour on them and salt. Then you will have crispy roast potatoes. Sarah. 🙂

I always cook my chickens upside down, a bit of water on the bottom of the tray and cook it, my potatoes… when they are done boiling I shake them in the pan with oil and fluff them up and put them in same time as the chicken….. once chicken is cooked and removed from pan, put pan on the hob on simmer, add some more water then make gravy with the chicken water. YUM! ❤

Cooking the chicken upside down helps keep the juices in the breast 😊 and I never cook it for as long as it says on the pack as it never takes that long. As long as juices run clear it’s cooked :) xxx
